What to Expect

Where are you?

In order to get where we desire to be, we need to know where we currently are. Sherry will open our event with a time of reflection, meditation and a gentle, explorative yoga practice designed to help get you in touch with where you are...heart, mind, soul and body.

What brought you here?

To reach our desired destinations we must first understand the purpose of the challenges we have faced along our journey. Within those challenges we find strength in Christ. Stacey will walk us through a visual meditation and spiritual exercise meant to draw us into this living hope.

Where do you go from here?

We desire to move forward on our journey, often without a foundational root system that is able to sustain us. Susan will lead us in a yoga practice infused with Scripture and focused on strengthening our spiritual, emotional, physical roots in preparation for fruitfulness.

What's on your heart?

Katherine will lead us through a seated face yoga practice focused on truly seeing ourselves amidst these questions and allowing self-care and love. After this practice, she will create space to let the dust settle as we take time to finish our journey with guided automatic writing.

This photo was taken February 2020, when gathering was still a thing.  It was an amazing weekend at the beautiful Red Poppy in Highland, Michigan.  We look forward to when we can return!

Our hearts' desire is to create space where guests feel nurtured and loved in order that healing and restoration can take place. Although we are unable to gather physically this year, we believe God can work anywhere.  Come, join us with a willing heart, and trust that He will RESTORE.
