Women's Winter Retreat
Just like much needs to happen beneath the surface for a plant to grow and flourish, much of God's good work in us must also happen in the hidden spaces. In the places of stillness, silence and solitude, our roots can grow deep into the love of God, nourishing us and preparing us for the work set before us. When we are rooted in the love of Christ, our lives can truly flourish!

What, When & Where?
I am working with an amazing team to create a space for you to rest, be refreshed, and dream with God.
Join us March 3-5, 2023 for a weekend retreat at The Derby Lodge in Stanton, Michigan.
The retreat will begin Friday at 6pm and end late Sunday morning.
There will be opportunities to take part in evening and morning holy yoga sessions, guided meditations, group spiritual direction, and creative exercises; but don't worry, we won't overschudule you! There will also be time for silence & solitude, journaling, napping, enjoying the lake views, or soaking in the indoor hot tub.
Lodging and all meals are included.

Meet Your Co-hosts
I'm excited to be working alongside these three beautiful women once again! I'm on the left. Learn more about me on my main page. From left to right, my co-hosts for this retreat will be:

Katherine Palms - Katherine is the Director of the Leelanau Wellness Collective, and the Operations Manager of the MI Farm Co-Op. She is the Author of a Face Yoga Guide, and creator of the first wellness weekend retreats in Leelanau County. She has been teaching yoga for over 9 years and leads a variety of wellness classes on plant-based nutrition, essential oils, face yoga, targeted mobility, pranayama, and meditation.

Susan Zonca - Susan delights in creating a safe, welcoming environment for people to meet and know Jesus through the modality of Christ-centered yoga. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and has been teaching Holy Yoga since 2014. She holds additional certifications in Senior/Chair Holy Yoga, Holy Yoga Touch, Breathwork, YIN yoga, and is in the process of completing certifications in Yoga Nidra and Children's Yoga.

Stacey Laho - Through her own personal losses, Stacey experienced God journeying with her to find new Hope. Out of the pain of loss, New Hope Grief Care was created to guide others to new hope. She published a book Lament for your Loved One and currently is working toward certification in Spiritual Direction. Being a companion to others on their grief journey is her heart’s desire.

All guests will have their own bed. Preference for upper or lower bunk may be reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Shared bathroom accomodations for all guests.
