Holy Yoga Slow Flow

Service Description

This 60 minute class incorporates introspective, slow movements and focuses on linking breath with motion. This is a vinyasa-style class in which poses are held for several breaths, allowing for focus on alignment. This class will not only help you gain flexibility, but will also increase strength and balance through standing sequences and core strengthening exercises. Slow enough for all levels while giving the most advanced student the opportunity for growth.
